Transition is the state of perpetual change that every church experiences. It is not a matter of starting it or stopping it. Transition happens organically. The goal of effective leadership is to manage the transitions well so that they glorify God, bless God’s people, and positively impact the witness of God’s Church. As leaders steward this process, God simultaneously changes us. This course will encourage pastors along the transition cycle and equip them with tools to lead well along the way.
