I’m John Faison, and for the past 22 years, I’ve been on a leadership journey that taught me to break barriers and lead with confidence. Whether I’m coaching, mentoring, or consulting, my goal is to help leaders discover their true potential and create meaningful change. Leadership is about clarity, vision, faith, and action. I want to help you put all four into motion.
As the Senior Pastor of Watson Grove Baptist Church in Nashville, TN, I’ve seen firsthand how faith and leadership can transform communities. Through innovative approaches, we’ve grown spiritually and numerically, reaching people across generations and expanding our influence globally. But beyond my work at The Grove, I’ve helped leaders from all walks of life. My military, community, and academic leadership experience have assisted church leaders, business professionals, and community advocates in harnessing their unique strengths to become more effective and impactful.
I bring a combination of deep experience, strategic thinking, and faith-driven insights to everything I do.
